As the company continues to scale, they’re seeking a dedicated Senior Supervisor / Area Manager to help support and lead site teams across multiple developments.
Your New Role
A leadership position designed to bridge the gap between senior management and on-site supervisors. You'll oversee multiple active sites, provide hands-on support to supervisors, and ensure the company’s high standards are upheld across construction quality, safety, timelines and team culture.
This role is ideal for a senior site supervisor looking to step into a broader leadership role with greater influence and long-term opportunity.
Your Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct regular site inspections across SE QLD to ensure build quality, compliance, and progress
- Support, coach and coordinate site supervisors to keep projects on track
- Source and secure additional subcontractors to ensure adequate resourcing
- Liaise with certifiers, councils, QBCC, and suppliers
- Monitor and manage programs, build timeframes, WHS obligations and quality control
- Run fortnightly supervisor meetings and drive cohesion between site and office
- Provide input into construction methods, designs, and continuous process improvement
- Work closely with the maintenance team to resolve issues and site-based enquiries
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Site Supervisor in volume residential construction
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and support site teams effectively
- Strong communication and leadership skills with a calm, positive, and approachable demeanour
- QBCC Site Supervisor Licence and valid driver’s licence
- A commitment to quality, safety and maintaining a collaborative team culture
