About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated team member to join us as a Project Delivery Coordinator in Maryborough, QLD.
This is a busy role in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, You will take ownership of the complete QLD job schedule (excluding parts orders) and show commitment to the highest standards of communication, quality and safety.
Your days will be busy and varied, and will include:
- Developing and maintaining a professional relationship with Moddex clients and Installation teams
- Scheduling and proactively oversee all live projects within QLD. (Supply Only and Supply & Install)
- Creation & management of purchase orders with ongoing tracking of install and revenue reporting
- Co-ordination of safety or quality documentation and inductions where required
- Managing projects before, during & after installation (Both supply only and supply and install)
- Regular meetings with Design & Production to ensure projects are on track
- Assist the sales team with quoting, take-offs and site meetings
- Maintaining of ERP System and Monday.com
