• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a lead barista in a high-volume café or restaurant
• A mature, reliable individual with strong hospitality knowledge
• Can produce latte art and change the grind
• A team player who can take initiative and maintain high standards under pressure
• Passion for coffee and genuine pride in delivering a great customer experience
