A fantastic opportunity exists for a Speech Pathologist to join a state-of-the-art clinic based in Seaford.This company has a team of over 100 therapists nationwide across 6 clinics and puts their clients and their team members at the heart of everything they do. They provide excellent training, flexible working conditions and clear career progression pathways.

What you will be doing:
- Mixed ages NDIS caseload with opportunities to tailor your caseload to your interest area
- Support clients across all ages with a wide range of communication and swallowing needs including speech sounds, language, social skills, literacy, fluency, voice, and mealtime management.
- Deliver tailored interventions for complex communication disorders using both traditional and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) methods, including digital devices and symbol systems.
- Accurate documentation/report writing
- Clinic, community and WFH with a 4 day FT workweek option if desired
- Above award pay rates, earn between $90,000 - $110,000 + super
- 2 week structured induction program with shadowing opportunities
- Experienced and friendly team of Speech Pathologists
- Multidisciplinary working with Occupational Therapists, Psychologists and Behaviour Support Practitioners

- 5 billable hours per day and you will work up to this

Requirements/Skills
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- SPA membership
- Minimum 2 years postgraduate experience
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
- Drivers license and own vehicle
