This full-time, on-site position is perfect for a hands-on, solutions-driven professional who takes pride in maintaining high standards and managing day-to-day building operations.

The Opportunity:
You’ll be responsible for the ongoing management and upkeep of a well-established mixed-use complex, which includes: 160 modern apartments & 40 spacious townhouses This role offers variety, autonomy, and the chance to make a real impact in the day-to-day comfort and experience of residents. Key duties will include:
- Overseeing all building and facilities management operations
- Liaising with owners, tenants, trades, contractors, and strata managers
- Monitoring common areas and coordinating maintenance, defects, and rectification work
- Managing parking, deliveries, and access control
- Ensuring compliance with building regulations, certifications, and by-laws
- Handling incident reports, audits, and routine checks of swipes, fobs, and security systems
- Supporting and attending meetings with stakeholders as required
- Contributing to cost-saving initiatives and performance improvement strategies
About You:
- You may be an experienced Building/Facilities Manager or a Property Manager looking for a change of pace and a more hands-on, site-based role
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with residents, owners, strata, and contractors
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities with ease
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to use building management platforms like Building Link (or a willingness to learn)
- Committed to providing high levels of service and maintaining building standards
