Job Description

About the Client: Our client has a straightforward mission: to help people and create positive change in their lives. Their core purpose is to support individuals in staying “happy, healthy, and independent”—a commitment that extends to their team, the broader community, and the individuals they serve.

They are dedicated to fostering a strong team culture, with a goal of becoming one of Australia's best places to work—a vision they are achieving, as evidenced by consistently scoring over 90% on their workplace well-being surveys.

Graduate Program: Our client recognise that transitioning from university to becoming a fully qualified Occupational Therapist can be both exciting and nerve-wracking. To support you through this important phase, we've created a "0 to 100" graduate program designed to guide and mentor you through your first 100 days as an OT—and beyond!

About the Benefits: Work-Life Balance – No work on public holidays, weekends, evenings, or rotations.

Birthday Perks – Enjoy a day off on your birthday, along with a $200 charity donation made on your behalf to a charity of your choice. Social Events – Regular catch-ups every 6-8 weeks, plus mid-year and end-of-year celebrations during work hours. Learning & Support – Emphasis on continuous learning and robust support systems.

Flexible Work Options – Choose to work from home or at our Northern Suburbs office. Competitive Remuneration – Excellent salary packages with opportunities for progression.

Positive Workplace Culture – A collaborative environment where we celebrate achievements and support one another every step of the way. Our client is looking for a compassionate and dedicated graduate Occupational Therapist, eager to help individuals lead happy and fulfilling lives. Role Responsibilities:

Conduct diverse assessments and create personalized treatment plans for clients with various diagnoses and health conditions. Gain exposure to different funding schemes, such as Home Care Packages and the NDIS. Support clients in achieving their goals through community-based, one-on-one home visits.

Referrals are carefully managed to gradually build your foundational skills, offering support in capacity building, equipment prescription, report writing, home modifications, neurology, mental health, pediatrics, and more. Advocate for healthy living and promote positive behavior change to foster equal opportunities and client support. Congratulations on completing your degree!
