Led by a highly experienced Speech Pathologist with a Doctorate in Speech Pathology, this early career role offers flexibility, autonomy, and a caseload tailored to your passions- whether you're local or considering a tree change.

- Deliver evidence-based speech therapy to children aged 2–18 in-clinic (90%) and in the community (10%) via home, school, or kindy visits
- Support private clients and NDIS participants (60 NDIS / 40% Private)
- Collaborate with a Dietitian trained in SOS and intuitive feeding for feeding & swallowing cases
- Access themed therapy rooms designed to engage and delight
- Use intuitive software (Allie) to access real-time caseload data, clinical resources, and commission tracking
- Flexible Working: Work-from-home options for admin, manage your own calendar, and enjoy a 9-day fortnight
- Impact Hours Model: Focus on quality care, not just numbers. Targets sit below 65% impact hours (approx. 4-5 clients/day)
- Tailored Caseloads: Choose from a waitlist based on your strengths - AAC, fluency, literacy, language, feeding, mealtime management & more
- Supportive Onboarding: Structured induction, desire statements, personality profiling, and weekly or fortnightly supervision
