Catholic Education Tasmania is seeking a dynamic, passionate, and results-driven professional to take on the role of Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer and play a pivotal role in supporting the Chief Financial Officer.
As the Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer, you will :
- Efficiently manage the Chief Financial Officer’s schedule including appointments, meetings and travel arrangements.
- Assist Chief Financial Officer to determine priorities and offer strategic advice around the coordination and delegation of tasks.
- Initiate and produce a range of complex, high quality documentation including confidential reports, submissions, presentations, general correspondence and policy documentation.
- Provide high level executive and administrative support to one of the four CECT Standing Committees.
- Deliver high-level administrative assistance to Corporate Services managers.
Some of the skills and experiences we are looking for are :
- Diploma of Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience providing high-level executive support and end-to-end event / project management in fast-paced environments with multiple service teams.
- Strong knowledge of board / committee governance, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, action-tracking and conflict-of-interest register.
- Demonstrated professional integrity, discretion and commitment to maintaining confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
