Korn Ferry is looking for a Head of Marketing for a consumer health client based North Ryde.
The Head of Marketing is a member of the Leadership Team and is responsible for owning the annual strategic planning of marketing programs across the Master brand and strategic consumer facing brands. The role drives activation to HCP professionals and consumers with the purpose to drive growth across the total portfólio.
- The Head of Marketing is responsible to lead the delivery of financial and brand targets across the total brand portfólio.
- Leads the development and implementation of the integrated product and marketing activation plans meant to support the business goals.
- Oversees brand management, brand assets, product marketing strategy, media strategy and demand generation activities through the creation of business, product and communication strategies. Works with key stakeholders in digital marketing and sales management to deliver an integrated campaign.
- Responsible for leading and developing brand assets with both local and regional internal/external stakeholders and champions the execution (including and not limited to content direction, fit to multiple platforms and customers, and supports key CRM programs).
- Additionally, this person is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, products, services, and other revenue generating programs through demand creation.
- Owns and manages the allocated Brand & Marketing activation budget.
- Develops marketing organisation to a world class marketing team.
Education:
Minimum: Basic degree in business or related fields
Desirable: MBA from a reputable Business School

Experience:
(minimum/desirable)
- Minimum 10-year track record in Marketing in consumer goods related industry. (Ideally from OTC, Consumer Health, Nutritional Supplements, Consumer Medical Device, Infant Nutrition; Acceptable from FMCG or other CPG industry; candidates with entire/recent majority career in Retail, Fashion, Sport, Luxury, Make-up, and Perfume are less preferred.)
- Proven experience and expertise in portfolio and pipeline strategy, product innovation development, new product launch, brand positioning, product concept development, integrated marketing and communication plan, creative development & execution
- Desirable: 15years in brand management with experience in product development, brand positioning, research methodology, e-commerce platform development, creative development & execution, integrated marketing planning, proven success in building businesses through successful marketing campaigns/programs working in a matrix MNC organization with at least 5 years of experience leading a team
