Emerson’s is looking for one experienced Duty Manager to join our hospitality team on a permanent full time basis, the minimum working hours are 30 hours per week.The hourly rate for this position is between $28 to $30 per hour.

Reporting to the Assistant Venue Manager, this unique & hands-on role will see you manage the team on shift, ensuring efficient FOH set-up and close-down. You will ensure that operating procedures are followed daily while driving a safe working environment. You will lead shifts and ensure our customers receive an experience that is our brand's essence.
About You:
- Knowledge of all hospitality operations
- Must have a Licence Controller Qualifications ( LCQ)
- Previous experience in running brewery tours and guided tasting is highly regarded
- Experience in successfully supervising, motivating and developing a large team
- The ability to deliver a consistent product and experience within a high-volume environment.
- Flexible availability to work various shifts, including days, evenings and weekends
