We’re looking for a dedicated and personable dentist to join our friendly team in Invermay. Just minutes from the Launceston CBD, our established five-chair practice has been caring for the local community for years and is ready to welcome a new clinician who’s passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.
This full-time position is set to commence in January 2026 , making it an ideal opportunity for upcoming graduates or dentists planning their next career move well in advance.
Our practice runs on Oasis software and is fitted with five Sirona chairs (four C8+ and one C*), intra-oral PSP imaging with x-ray units in each room, and equipment for extractions, endodontics, and surgical work, including a Surgic XT unit, Electrosurge, and a Dentsply X-Smart Plus. A Zeiss microscope is also available if you’d like to incorporate that into your workflow. While we have a portable nitrous unit on-site, it's currently not in use—but could be reactivated if sedation is within your skill set.
You'll be supported by a cohesive and collaborative team, with clinical freedom to work across a wide range of general dental treatments—from check-ups and cleans to crowns, bridges, endo, implants, and more.
You’ll be AHPRA-registered (or eligible), with professional indemnity insurance, and confident in providing comprehensive dental care. Great communication skills and a genuine interest in helping patients feel comfortable in the chair are key. If you have experience or interest in Invisalign or dental monitoring, we’d love to support you in that area too—with training and mentorship readily available.
