As a People Partner, you’ll work side-by-side with your portfolio leaders to deliver smart, people-first strategies that boost performance, build engagement, and strengthen our culture. You’ll coach and guide leaders, tackle complex people challenges, and help shape a workplace where everyone can do their best work.
In This Role, You’ll
- Be the go-to advisor for leaders and employees on all things people—from onboarding to offboarding
- Provide clear, practical advice on our Enterprise Agreement and employment legislation
- Support leaders through performance conversations, conflict resolution, and workforce planning
- Coach leaders to build capability and lead their teams with confidence
- Work closely with People Advisors and Strategic People Partners to deliver key initiatives
We’re after candidates with strong generalist HR experience and a passion for partnering with leaders to build engaged, resilient teams. You’ll also bring:
- A degree in HR, Business, or a related field—or equivalent hands-on experience
- 3+ years in HR advisory or business partnering roles
- Solid understanding of HR legislation, enterprise agreements, and best practice
- Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
- A genuine passion for helping people grow and succeed
- Experience working in dynamic environments with the ability to travel across the State
- Confidence using HRIS systems and Microsoft Office tools
