- Various works throughout the Darwin region
- Remediation and refurbishment Projects
- Build your experience on construction/remediation projects
THE ROLE
- Day-to-day site supervision
- Hands-on roles and responsibilities
- Guide the team on productive safe work behavior
- Set up sites and completions
- Coordinate employee and subcontractor tasks and capture work hours
- Liaise closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects run to schedule
- Champion compliance with HSEQ requirements
ABOUT YOU
- Ability to lead, plan for and manage onsite resources, including labour and equipment
- Experience in maintaining and promoting health and safety in the workplace
- Leadership qualities with ability to develop employees and build subcontractor site teams
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Trade certification and/or construction management qualifications
- Current Drivers Licence
