Project Supervisors – Mining Infrastructure ProjectsFIFO from WA | Multi-Trade Supervision | Immediate Start
Engineering Trades Australia is currently seeking experienced Project Supervisors to join a national contractor delivering large-scale mining infrastructure and services projects across Western Australia.
This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a background in multi-trade supervision, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and civil scopes. You’ll play a critical role in driving safety, quality, and operational performance on-site.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Mining Superintendent, you’ll work collaboratively with fellow supervisors and cross-functional teams to manage projects across Asset Projects, Infrastructure Services, and Engineering divisions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing day-to-day site operations, plant, and materials
- Coordinating labour resourcing and utilisation across trades
- Scoping new works and submitting internal quotes to drive job flow
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to quality standards
- Supporting communication across departments to deliver seamless outcomes
- Section 26 Statutory Supervisor Modules (required)
- Trade Certificate (preferably in Carpentry or relevant field)
- Basic Fire Training Certificate
- Proven supervisory experience across multiple trades
- Strong MS Office skills (approx. 30% of the role is office-based)
- Ability to lead and problem-solve under pressure
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Long-term FIFO project with a Tier 1 contractor
