- Conduct assessments and design individualised therapy programs.
- Facilitate engaging, functional therapy sessions in both one-on-one and group formats.
- Work collaboratively with families, educators, and other therapists to embed strategies into everyday routines.
- Create home-programs, parent workshops, and classroom resources to support learning and carry-over.
- Monitor client progress, document outcomes, and produce clinical reporting to support care planning and funding submissions.
- Participate in case planning meetings, clinical supervision, and team training.
- Keep up-to-date with evidence-based OT approaches (e.g., CO-OP, Sensory Integration, DIR/Floortime).
- Up to $2,000 for personal development
- Up to $8,000 travel allowance
- Up to $1,000 bonus scheme quarterly
- 5 Weeks annual leave above market average
- Birthday leave
- Qualification in Occupational Therapists
- Full AHPRA Registration
- Valid National Police Clearance
- Ability to build rapport quickly & maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Problem solving, prioritising & time management skills.
