Kununurra Hospital is urgently looking for Emergency Department GP locum cover.
The job details are:
Role: ED GP

31/03/2025 - ongoing
Rates:
from $2,600 to $2,990 per day
About the Role:

• You will be rostered to work as a sole doctor in ED and may also work as an "in-charge" doctor if experience permits.
• You will participate in ward rounds, admissions, and discharge of ED patients.
• In some cases, you may be asked to take part in delivering out-patient clinics during business hours.
• The ED GP will participate in the on-call roster.

You will also take part in the supervision of junior medical staff in the emergency department and will be the sole doctor on-site after hours where required.
