Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable and secure ICT solutions that align with Duratec’s strategic objectives.
THE ROLEWork closely with the Business Improvements team to identify and implement system enhancements that improve process effectiveness and efficiency across Duratec.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of ICT solutions—from concept to decommissioning—ensuring alignment with Duratec’s strategic goals and technology roadmap
- Create and maintain architecture plans that support business goals and existing infrastructure
- Identify and implement system enhancements that improve key processes
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and turn them into technical solutions
- Lead integration of third-party systems with internal platforms
- Establish and uphold architectural standards and governance frameworks that incorporate cybersecurity and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with developers, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and ERP teams to ensure secure and cohesive solutions
- Monitor emerging technologies and recommend innovations to boost efficiency and security
You will have a passion for IT and will bring exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- You adeptly navigate dynamic environments and apply emerging technologies to generate strategic value
- Experience in managing and streamlining multiple systems and processes
- Leadership skills and understanding of leadership responsibilities
- Programming and planning skills
- Experience in a similar role within a contractor environment
- Ability to assess and recommend system improvements and implement them
- Degree or Certificate in Information Technology and/or Computer Science
- JD Edwards experience is highly regarded
- Drivers License
