In direct link with the General Manager of REPERTOIRE CULINAIRE head office based in Mitcham, a new Sales Representative specialised in pastry is required to develop key accounts, improve portfolio business and support expansion in the Greater Melbourne area.
- Represent the company towards its customers
- Develop new business strategies to target existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales targets.
- Benchmark market trends ensuring that the Company’s product range and pricing meets market requirements
- Take responsibility for and lead the execution of agreed sales strategies
- Identify, measure the visibility of our exclusive brands using innovating tools (TV show, supervising digital marketing, Sponsor media) and improve it.
- Build and develop trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer, stakeholder executive sponsors
- Create a loyalty scheme towards our key customers supported with our manufacturers in France to reward and to initiate the up sale
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Manage representation of the business during festival, events, PR, and shows.
- Assist the Director with analytic sales reports for budget and shareholding meetings.
- Identify key areas of business to then recruit, train and supervise the sales team.
- Create and implement monthly targets (bonus scheme) for the team of sales Representatives and sales assistant.

- Patry Chef willing to change career path into sales
- Minimum 5 years of work experience
