We would like to welcome a superstar to join us as a lead educator at Treetop Early Learning! This is a full time position working with a great, experienced team! Our Pine room is a beautiful space situated downstairs by our wonderful Sala. We have natural light surrounding us!How you can support us:
If you love working in a collaborative, fun and welcoming team and have had experience running your own room and managing a team then we would love to hear from you!
- Lead in developing and implementing engaging lesson plans that align with our play-based curriculum.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the individual needs of each child.
- Provide meaningful learning experiences that focus on the social, emotional, and cognitive development of students.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and staff to create a collaborative and supportive learning community.
- Monitor and assess the progress of each child and maintain clear and consistent communication with parents.
- Support the development of a safe, respectful, and fun classroom culture.
- Mentor and lead our team. Model best practise, mentor students and newly qualified educators and have the support from our 'off the floor' management team!
- Can show evidence you have completed a Diploma in Children Services
- Working with Children’s Check (Employee)
- You will need to show evidence of full working rights and be able to work 5 days a week Monday to Friday.
- Mandatory Reporting
- First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis
- Red Nose Safe Sleep Certificate / Sunsmart Certificate
- Food Safety Supervisors Certificate / Food Allergen Course completed.
