Our client is an international plumbing company that has been operating for over 25 years. They are a market leader who specialises in commercial maintenance and have recently won more contracts across the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne. As a result, they are looking for several maintenance plumbers.
Duties
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems in commercial buildings (offices, hospitals, retail, etc.).
- Handle complex piping, drainage, water supply, gas lines, and hot water systems.
- Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Diagnose and fix leaks, blockages, and faulty fixtures promptly.
- Coordinate with other trades for system integration.
- Provide emergency plumbing services to minimise business disruption.
- Maintain accurate records in AroFlo.
- Ensure all work meets NSW plumbing codes and licencing requirements.
- 3 years minimum in a Maintenance Plumbing role
- Mechanical maintenance experience
- General maintenance of high-rise buildings, casinos and hospitals
- General experience working with jetters, CCTV cameras and locators
- Zip and Billi repair experience
- Previous experience in Maintenance Plumbing
- WAH (Advantageous)
- TMV Backflow (Advantageous)
- Own hand and power tools
- Current valid driver's licence
- Fully Licensed Plumber
- Full working rights within Australia
- White card
- Full-time position available after 3 months
- Work vehicle
- Uniforms Provided
