One of Melbourne's most sought after and reputable Tier 2 Commercial Builder that specialise in Apartments, Multi-Level Residential, Office, Industrial and Hotel projects up to $180M.
With just shy of 200 staff onboard, and 15+ live projects currently, this company is rapidly growing and enhancing their coverage in the market.
Role
The relevant role is a Site Manager position delivering a new $90M multi-staged Apartment complex in Docklands.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing subcontractors and relevant trades
- Ensuring the project program is being adhered
- Quality assurance
- Driving and maintaining OH&S measures and procedures
- Resolving any disputes that may arise on site
- Site Manager experience for a Tier 1-3 Commercial Headcontractor delivering Apartment projects in excess of $50M
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of structure and piling
- Team player attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient with Hammertech and Procore softwares
