About the Role:
We’re on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Diagnostic Technician to become a key member of our Mercedes-Benz Service Team in Warwick Farm . If you thrive on solving technical challenges and delivering top-tier service, this could be the perfect next step in your career.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Performing advanced diagnostics across the Mercedes-Benz Cars and Vans range
- Working closely with Mercedes-Benz Australia to resolve complex technical issues
- Identifying, diagnosing, and repairing vehicle faults with precision
- Completing all jobs in line with the Manufacturer Repair Times Guide and Peter Warren Retail standards
- Road testing vehicles and performing quality checks to ensure a First-Time Fix
- Staying up to date with the latest brand knowledge through ongoing Mercedes-Benz training
- Mentoring and supporting other technicians in the workshop
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Technician certification (essential)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- A valid driver’s licence
- Great organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced service environment
- A collaborative team player who’s also confident working independently
- A genuine passion for the Mercedes-Benz brand
- Experience with Mercedes-Benz is a plus, but not essential
