Our client is seeking a highly experienced Occupational Therapist to support adults living with acquired or traumatic brain injuries, Parkinson's, Multiple Sclerosis, Cerebral Palsy & Down Syndrome.Based in Brisbane, they provide community-based therapy, helping clients achieve greater independence and improved quality of life!

- Salaries from $122,000 - $137,000 + Benefits
- Adult Caseload based in community settings with WFH for admin & central space for in person team meetings
- 50/50 split of caseload to managerial responsiblities - support clients and service development
- Competitive above award salaries , starting at $122,000 - $137,000 + Benefits (depending on your experience)
- $1500 CPD Allowance & 3 days CPD Leave
- Flexible start & finish times and WFH for administration
- Comprehensive induction process , complete with workshadowing
- Therapy assistant to support for your sessions
- Optional external supervisor sessions to promote ongoing professional development

- Caseload: 70% NDIS & 30% Medicare and Private Health Insurance referrals
- Adult Clients with acquired brain injury, traumatic brain injury, MS, CP, Parkinson's and Down Syndrome
- Therapy sessions conducted in home or community settings
- 12 -13 Clients across the week
✅Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Minimum 5 years post graduate experience preferred
- AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Drivers licence and own vehicle
