Key Responsibilities :
- Clean and sanitize all public areas, including floors, tables, chairs, and bar surfaces
- Deep clean restrooms regularly throughout each shift
- Take out rubbish, recycling, and glass bins as needed
- Sweep and mop floors, especially during and after service hours
- Wipe down doors, walls, and high-touch surfaces
- Restock cleaning supplies and alert management when more is needed
- Follow all safety and hygiene procedures
What We're Looking For :
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and manage time well
- Physically fit and able to lift/move cleaning equipment and supplies
- A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to the team
- Ability to work hospitality hours, including nights, weekends and public holidays
