About the role

This role is a chance to be on the front line of something different in our industry. The Plumbers Co-op isn’t just another merchant. We’re owned by plumbers, and we exist to serve them — not external shareholders. That means our success flows directly back to the people who make it possible: our members and our team.
As a Branch Manager, you will:


• Lead a great team and drive strong customer relationships
• Be hands-on in a dynamic role

• Build member connections — yes, including BBQs!
• Help grow the branch and be rewarded for it
