Position Summary:
A highly experienced Quality Assurance Manager is required; this role is responsible for
designing, implementing, and managing robust quality systems to ensure regulatory
compliance, audit readiness, and continuous improvement across complex service delivery
environments. With a strong focus on the NDIS Practice Standards and quality frameworks, the
role supports operational excellence and risk mitigation through strategic quality management
initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Quality Management Systems (QMS) in alignment with NDIS Practice Standards, and ISO principles.
- Oversee internal audits, quality reviews, and risk assessments to ensure compliance,
service quality, and operational integrity.
- Drive organisational readiness for external audits, including NDIS and SSRC audits, and
manage audit follow-up activities, corrective actions, and compliance reporting.
- Support and guide home management teams on quality improvement strategies
- Collaborate with executive teams to embed a culture of quality and accountability
across all business units.
- Develop and deliver training and communication strategies to support compliance
awareness and capacity building across multidisciplinary teams.
- Lead incident management, complaints analysis, and risk registers to inform
continuous improvement and regulatory reporting obligations.
- Provide expert advice on emerging legislative changes and quality trends relevant to the
disability sector.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry changes and ensure organisational
readiness

Qualifications and Skills:
- A relevant qualification in Quality Management.
- 2+ years’ experience in disability, NDIS, Quality Management, or similar sectors.
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check• Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC – NSW)
- NDIS Practice Standards Quality Frameworks
- Internal and External Audit Management
- Collaborate across services to improve quality and client outcomes.
- Support with quality audits and investigations into reportable and serious incidents as
required.
- Expertise in safeguarding vulnerable people.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A collaborative, innovative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Experience in quality assurance and/or incident investigations highly regarded but not
essential.
