The Senior Product Manager is responsible for implementing strategic initiatives to achieve financial targets across core areas of Recon Enabling Technology, within our hybrid go-to-market models (Direct & Indirect) in Australia and NZ.
This role requires a foundation in marketing innovation and strategic marketing initiatives. You will oversee marketing support, direction, and control of S+N Robotic and Navigation products within the Recon division.
What will you be doing?
- Support and drive the Recon Robotics marketing plan for ANZ, including implementation of activities for the product portfolio.
- Work with business leaders to document market considerations and meet sales targets aligned with budgets and goals.
- Monitor sales results monthly and adjust pricing, promotions, and action plans accordingly.
- Forecast demand and manage the portfolio, including deletions and stock control, on a monthly basis for ANZ.
- Assess, trial, and launch new products aligned with strategic fit and business plans.
- Coordinate with other segments within S+N Australia and internationally.
- Establish and maintain relationships with KOL / KELs, independently or with sales / regional teams.
What will you need to be successful?
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Sales, Science, or related fields.
- 5-7 years of industry experience with a strong background in sales or marketing management.
- Proven track record in implementing marketing strategies and building strategic marketing initiatives.
