Base pay range

A$150,000.00/yr - A$200,000.00/yr

This hybrid role is ideal for engineers who enjoy seeing features through from design to deployment. You’ll collaborate closely with product and design to deliver high-impact solutions that improve how engineering teams work.

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement new features across both front-end and back-end
• Collaborate with product and design for seamless user experiences
• Write clean, scalable, and testable code
• Participate in architectural decisions and code reviews
• Contribute to performance, stability, and maintainability improvements
• 5-9 years of full-stack development experience
• Comfortable with modern front-end frameworks ( Vue.js , React, or Angular)
• Proficient with REST APIs, WebSockets, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
• Experienced with PostgreSQL and Redis
• Product-oriented mindset with a focus on UX and performance
• A team player who values communication, ownership, and collaboration
