Role

Are you passionate about and experienced in creating innovative ERP and digital solutions for the finance function? Join us for an exciting ERP and digital capabilities program. Lead the development of finance capabilities in this Sydney CBD-based, full-time, 2 years fixed-term role. Become part of our core ERP team and help build a new capability platform for an iconic business on a strong growth trajectory.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the D365 ERP program domain for Finance for the Group and Jewellery businesses
• Coordinate engagement between the ERP vendor core team and finance teams
• Co-design business requirements, business processes, functionality and data architecture for the new ERP platform
• Create and review ERP program artefacts
• Be an advocate for change management
• Support quality assurance and testing
• Support training of end users in the new ERP system
• Develop finance standard operating procedures
• Support end users during cutover and deployment

What We’re Looking For:

• Deep familiarity with financial operations across budgeting, AR/AP, financial reporting, inventory and consolidation of group companies with international operations
• Experience in retail, specifically luxury goods, is of advantage
• Prior experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementations and related solution implementations
• 10+ years of experience in business process, functional and data capability analysis and design
• Hands-on experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma), project management tools (e.g. JIRA) and agile ways of working (e.g. SCRUM)
• Minimum of bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting, business/management or related field
• A CA/CPA qualification is advantageous
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build relationships and drive successful change management.
• Strong communication and people relationship management skills
