Reporting to the CEO and as a member of the Executive, the GM Commercial will be responsible for the commercial strategy and revenue growth in designing and implementing strategic business development plans that drives recurring revenue streams. In addition, you will lead best in class client relationship management processes; sales operations; partnership development, forecasting and reporting; the leadership and team enablement of a high performing team and; actively promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement – underpinned by individual and team achievements.
You must possess a demonstrable background in software solution sales into the healthcare sector and known for your proven track record in driving commercial growth and building strategic partnerships. Equally, your expertise lies in sound contract negotiation and governance; performance management; cross-functional collaboration; risk mitigation initiatives and; as an effective executive leader, clarity around strategy execution.
