About the role
Fixed term temporary full time opportunity to provide robust data management of STARS health informatics applications through audit, reporting and data maintenance. Regular and ad-hoc data maintenance activities are focused on data integrity and data synchronisation.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Provide subject matter expertise and local system support for eHealth applications including ieMR, HBCIS, ESM, The Viewer, Enterprise Discharge Summary and SMS reminder solutions.
- Resolve day to day operational issues relating to data quality within the core health informatics systems within STARS to ensure quality data is recorded and assist with review of work practices by maintaining high professional work standards and seeking ways for ongoing improvement.
- Collaborate with the health informatics team to load share, create redundancy, and assist in coverage of business-as-usual activities.
