Digital Metro North (DMN) works collaboratively with Metro North Health (MNH) clinical leads and end users to deliver the digital transformation strategy for Metro North Health. It will ultimately create an integrated digital hospital and healthcare environment across Metro North. In meeting this strategy significant capital works are being undertaken over the next five years that includes hospital construction/refurbishment and the implementation of ieMR Advanced solution across Metro North. Delivering this will require a dedicated team, with the capacity to work across initiatives and domains, with the knowledge, determination, skills and experience to deliver.
About the Role
You will provide specialised, customer-focused business support and management of the print and imaging service across Metro North, ensuring it meets the needs of Metro North Health. This role reports directly to the Director, Governance and Strategic Initiatives, Digital Metro North (DMN).
Key knowledge and experience
The ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for the print and imaging service, and escalation point for device issues.
- Provide options to customers on fit-for-purpose devices and functionality, ensuring cost effective, optimal usage.
- Facilitate the print device management across Metro North Health facilities including coordinating delivery and installation of new and loan/replacement devices, and removal and decommission of old/damaged devices.
- Monitor vendor contractual obligations as it pertains to support and maintenance activities and act as a conduit between the business, DMN, Metro North Health operational support teams and vendors to facilitate system upgrades, scheduled maintenance and outages.
- Ensure that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operating Level Agreements (OLAs) are achieved by undertaking scheduled and ad hoc reviews of vendor and DMN technical team performance.
