The Opportunity
The role primarily involves accounting, compliance and advisory tasks for individuals, companies, trusts and partnerships. The opportunity to work on self-managed superannuation funds is also available. This position will be both challenging and rewarding within a working environment that reflects a commitment to career development, work life balance and support.
The role includes:

Preparation of Income tax returns and work papers for Individuals to Supervisor/Manager review

Preparation of financials and Income tax returns for Partnerships, Trusts and Companies and SMSF’s for Managers review
-
Preparation of Business Activity Statements
-
Workflow Management
-
Liaising with the ATO
· Be offered internal and external training
About You
Are you a highly motivated and technical public practicing accountant? Do you have the following qualifications and skills:
-
3 plus years’ experience in a public practice environment
-
Experience with Xero is highly regarded
-
Experience within a paperless office
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Intermediate level knowledge in Microsoft Excel and a working knowledge in other Microsoft applications

High attention to detail
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Commence or have commenced study towards CPA/CA
