Description:

We are seeking a highly capable Project Manager to lead the delivery of a Customer Portal initiative. This project is a strategic priority aimed at enhancing digital engagement and self-service capabilities for our customers through a modern, secure, and user-friendly portal experience.
ROLE

You will:
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation to completion
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans and timelines
  • Engage and communicate effectively with key stakeholders
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues
  • Coordinate and align cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery
  • Monitor progress and ensure project objectives are met on time and within scope

YOU
You will bring:
  • Proven experience delivering digital platforms or customer portals, ideally within a government regulator or public sector setting
  • Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and stakeholder management in regulated environments
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple dependencies and stakeholder groups
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a history of driving outcomes in collaborative environments
  • Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud or similar CRM/portal technologies
  • Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies and digital transformation initiatives
  • Ability to manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external delivery partners
