We are seeking a highly capable Project Manager to lead the delivery of a Customer Portal initiative. This project is a strategic priority aimed at enhancing digital engagement and self-service capabilities for our customers through a modern, secure, and user-friendly portal experience.ROLE
You will:
- Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation to completion
- Develop and manage detailed project plans and timelines
- Engage and communicate effectively with key stakeholders
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues
- Coordinate and align cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery
- Monitor progress and ensure project objectives are met on time and within scope
YOU
You will bring:
- Proven experience delivering digital platforms or customer portals, ideally within a government regulator or public sector setting
- Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and stakeholder management in regulated environments
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple dependencies and stakeholder groups
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a history of driving outcomes in collaborative environments
- Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud or similar CRM/portal technologies
- Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies and digital transformation initiatives
- Ability to manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external delivery partners
