SustainHealth Recruitment is seeking compassionate personal care workers who are seeking a rewarding career in beautiful Tasmania .
We are looking for dedicated PCA's across several locations, including;

• Launceston
• Burnie
• Devonport
• Northwest Region

As a Personal Care Worker you will play a key role in providing high-quality patient care across a variety of healthcare settings and your key responsibilities are;

• Assist with hygiene tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help with mobility, including transferring, positioning, and using mobility aids.
• Support with continence care and changing incontinence products.

Qualifications:

• Certificate III/IV in Aged care or equivalent
• Excellent skills and knowledge of current best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in a residential setting is desirable but not essential.
