Property Manager in Ringwood, VICCome and work in a great positive, collaborative working environment in our office in the Ringwood area.This has created an opportunity to take over their clean portfolio of 160- 180 properties
This is a modern, friendly, honest and positive office, with great staff retention and one of Melbourne's most well respected brands in Real Estate who people love working for.
You have a team supporting for the front end property management duties, assisting you with your portfolio, Saturdays are approx 1 in every 6 weeks.
Working for a large, structured established real estate office, with work from home flexibility, great training, support, free parking on site and a moderate portfolio to manage! Dream role.
JOB DUTIES:
- Manage your own portfolio of ~180 residential properties, residential homes/apartments around Eastern Suburbs (within ~10km of office)
- Handle emails and enquiries, tenant/owner enquiries etc
- Maintenance requests etc for the portfolio as required
- Lease renewals, do condition reports and inspections as required with support
- Anything else as deemed necessary for portfolio management
WHATS ON OFFER:
- $75,000 - 85,000 + Super + Comms
- Phone, laptop or tools of the trade are provided
- 1-2 Days WFH/ Week & Flexibility achievable
- Parking free at office in large carpark

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Agents Rep Certificate or Cert IV in Property
- Property Management Experience (on a good size portfolio, ideally)
- The desire to grow and progress in a friendly, inclusive team
- Car and drivers licence
