- Formal sales training or equivalent experience in a B2B Key Account or Sales role.
- Experience in packaging, FMCG, or manufacturing sectors preferred.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinking and effective problem-solving.
- Self-motivated with strong organisational and time management skills.
- Confident in cold calling and generating new leads.
- Demonstrates leadership and professionalism.
