Purpose of the Role
The Key Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact between the company and its key customers, playing a critical role in building long-term relationships, delivering tailored packaging solutions, and driving account growth.

Job Requirements Travel
  • Regular overnight travel to VIC and occasional travel to QLD is required.
Education & Experience
  • Formal sales training or equivalent experience in a B2B Key Account or Sales role.
  • Experience in packaging, FMCG, or manufacturing sectors preferred.
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinking and effective problem-solving.
  • Self-motivated with strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Confident in cold calling and generating new leads.
  • Demonstrates leadership and professionalism.
