Celebrated for its authentic Parisian charm, this restaurant has been a cornerstone of the local dining scene for over ten years.We’re looking for a hands-on leader with a passion for creativity, excellence and seamless operations. You’ll be instrumental in driving the brand’s future by taking ownership of food quality, menu innovation and inspiring the team. All while setting the kitchen up for growth and an evolving dining experience.
This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of French cuisine and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences and is ready to lead from the front and make an impact.

- Lead the development and production of innovative, high-quality French menus.
- Manage, mentor, and develop kitchen staff to maintain high performance and team cohesion.
- Collaborate seamlessly with front-of-house teams to deliver an exceptional and unified dining experience.
- Drive operational efficiency through strategic oversight of resources, costs, and team performance.
- Ensure strict adherence to occupational health and safety standards to maintain a safe kitchen environment.
- Trade qualified Head Chef with 5+ years’ experience leading high-volume kitchens.
- Strong expertise in French cuisine, blending traditional techniques with creative flair.
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and develop a diverse kitchen team.
- Demonstrate exceptional standards in quality, consistency and presentation.
- Passionate about delivering memorable dining experiences that exceed expectations.
- Experience in managing kitchen operations, developing menus, ensuring compliance and controlling costs.
