The Opportunity:
Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Lawyer to join their well-respected team. This role offers a mix of front-end and litigation work, allowing you to engage in both contract drafting and complex dispute resolution.

• Front-end: Draft and negotiate construction contracts, including design & construct, construct-only, operation & maintenance agreements, and professional service agreements.
• Litigation & Disputes: Handle multi-party litigation, defect claims, security of payment disputes, contract disputes, and urgent injunctions.
• Client exposure: Work with top-tier developers, contractors, and industry professionals on major commercial, mixed-use, and infrastructure projects.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• 5+ years’ PQE with a strong background in construction law (both front-end & disputes).
• Experience advising on contract risk, negotiations & project delivery issues
  Strong litigation experience, including Security of Payment Act claims, adjudications & defect disputes.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation & communication skills.
• A commercial mindset with a solutions-focused approach.
