About the Position:
This is a strategic opportunity to step into a Special Counsel or Partner level vacancy within the the family law practice based in their Melbourne office. You’ll advise across complex parenting and property matters and have the backing of operational and BD support to build your client base. Whether you're a current Partner or a senior lawyer with leadership aspirations, this role offers a genuine platform for influence and progression.
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years' PAE in family law
- Strong practice in complex parenting/financial matters
- Business development capability and leadership mindset
- Portable practice valued from $150k+ ideal for Partner level
