About the Centre
Aspire Early Education and Kindergarten Huntly is an upcoming centre located in the regional suburb of Huntly in Northern Bendigo. Located on Waratah Road, Aspire Huntly is in close proximity to our Aspire Huntly Village centre and is close to local parks and Huntly Primary School.
The Opportunity & Responsibilities
As a Centre Manager, you will overseethe day-to-day activities of the Centre, encompassing staff management, budget oversight, and effective communication with families, employees & internal stakeholders.
You will lead a high performing team to strive for and provide the highest quality care and education for all children, families, staff and the community. As a Centre Manager, you will ensure a smooth and safe child & family experience and nurture a positive and inclusive culture that encourages collaboration.
About you
Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in Children's services
Must have minimum 2 years previous Centre Manager experience
Ideally will have had experience in setting up and opening a new service
Knowledge and understanding of Children's Services Regulations and National Quality Standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Lead, inspire and motivate a team of educators
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Passion, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to high quality care
Current Working with Children check, Police Check, First-Aid Certificate, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training, Food Safety Supervisor certificate
