Base pay range

$70,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

We are recruiting an Executive Assistant Manager for a licensed Australian cryptocurrency investment firm located in St Kilda Rd Melbourne. The role is full time on site.

The role will:

• Provide 1-on-1 support to the CEO
• Serve as the first point of contact, expertly managing correspondence and phone calls - Handle scheduling, calendar, CRM, and email management
• Perform data entry and file processing
• Execute general administration tasks
• Research and Analysis on Crypto products
• Create and review documents
• Carrying out support duties as needed

Essential Skills and Requirements

• Proven experience as a PA/ EA or in a business support capacity, preferably within the financial services sector
• The ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
• Exceptional attention to detail, initiative, and quick thinking
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Expertise in scheduling and diary management
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar administrative support role - Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Zoom; familiarity with other software tools is advantageous
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Work in the financial services sector would be advantageous
