Our Home Health program delivers in-home support services to our aged care customers to help them live independently, supported and empowered, within their own homes and communities.We are currently recruiting care staff for Blue Mountains- Blaxland, Blackheath, Falconbridge, Bullaburra, Katoomba, Leura, Springwood, Medlow Bath, Sun Valley, Megalong Valley, Warrimoo, Wentworth Falls, Winmalee, Yellow Rock, Hazelbrook, Lawson, Woodford, Linden and surrounding areas

• Permanent Part-time contracts are available depending on your location and availability to work
• $30.86 - $34.16 per hour (dependent on experience) + 12% super + travel allowance of $0.92 per KM + paid travel time

Your New Role
• Help at Home: such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation etc.
• Transportation and Personal Care: Experienced staff assist customers with appointments, shopping, social outings, showering, toileting, feeding etc.
• Client Awareness: Building relationships with clients and their families, conducting client observations with ongoing support and training
• Safety Practices: Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our customers safe
Key Requirements
• Current Australian Driver’s License and ownership of a reliable comprehensively insured vehicle
• Flexibility and availability to work rosters between Monday to Friday
We welcome applicants that have the below experience and/or a qualification
• Disability Support Worker
• Community Services/ Mental Health worker
• Assistant in Nursing (AIN)
• Bachelor of Social Work/ Nursing
You could be an experienced Support Worker or even new to the industry coming from experience in customer service, administration, retail, or hospitality.
