About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to lead our growth strategy across the Asia Pacific region. This is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth in the Third-Party Logistics (3PL) sector.
As a hybrid role, you'll enjoy the flexibility of remote work while engaging with clients and teams across key APAC markets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for the APAC region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in warehousing, transportation, and supply chain solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, finance, and marketing to deliver tailored logistics solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development or sales within the 3PL or logistics industry , with a strong focus on the Asia Pacific region.
- Proven track record of securing and growing large-scale accounts.
- Deep understanding of regional logistics markets, regulations, and customer expectations.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel across the region as required.
