Are you our next rising star? Join our team as a Guest Service Agent at The Treasury Brisbane. The Guest Service Agent, reporting to the Front Office Manager, delivers outstanding service to our guests during check in, check out and throughout the entire duration of their stay. We are now seeking expressions of interest for part-time Guest Service Agents looking to join the team at The Treasury Hotel, Brisbane. A few of your responsibilities

• Provide outstanding guest service to guests to enhance their experience
• Manage all guests requests and maintain guest accounts
• Sound knowledge of local attractions and surrounds
• Perform check in and check out in a professional, friendly, and efficient way for all guests
• Perform and complete daily tasks in line with shift checklists

What we will be looking for

• Possess a passion for Hospitality and creating memorable experiences
• Exceptional guest service skills and strong commitment to 5-star customer service
• Professional telephone manner
• Ability to effectively communicate and liaise with internal and external clients
• Excellent organisational skills and high level of computer literacy

About you The successful candidates will possess that go-to attitude and always ensure their main goal is to go above and beyond for our guests, while maintaining our 5-star commitment. Prior experience within the hospitality or retail is desirable, but not essential. What can we offer you
