Draftsperson

• Collaborative team player, proficient in Revit software
• Understanding of current building techniques and product trends
• Keen eye for detail and design

Estimator

• Detail orientated estimator with proficient in use of Databuild
• Work closely and collaboratively with suppliers and subbies
• Understanding of bill of quantities, quantities, products, margins, etc

Contracts Administrator

• Manage contract documentation
• Collaborate with internal team & external stakeholders
• Knowledge of building contracts, compliance & variations essential

Building Administrator

• Administrative support across all stages of construction projects
• Experience working with internal and external network
• Effective and friendly communicator

Customer Service Officer

• Proactive client liaison, easily picking up phone to provide updates to clients
• Coordination of the administrative and customer service aspects of a client build journey
