The OpportunityWe have an exciting full-time opportunity for a Centre Manager at either our AMA Group Solutions or Capital S.M.A.R.T Repairs team. Reporting to the State Operations Manager, you will take ownership of the centre by providing leadership and motivation to your team, while having a significant impact on the daily operations of the site. This role offers opportunities for growth, stability, and security within the larger AMA Group.
Role Responsibilities- Production Workshop Management: oversee workshop operations to ensure targets are met and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition in line with AMA and Work Provider quality standards.
- Quality, Quotes, Parts and Vehicle Management: ensure accurate quotes, quality assurance inspections, and that vehicles are repaired to pre-accident condition.
- Customer Service and Stakeholder Management: provide exceptional service to clients and work providers through prompt, professional, and friendly interactions.
- Profit and Loss, Reporting and Administration: ensure profitable operations. Prepare and review P&Ls, budgets, job costings, KPIs, and management reports using available tools to monitor site performance.
- Leadership and People Management: oversee staffing levels and processes, and proactively build positive relationships with work providers.
- Work Health and Safety (WHS): maintain a safe site by adhering to the WHS management system, policies, and procedures. Report and address safety incidents immediately.
