Pasta Deli has three locations across Adelaide; Norwood the parade, Burnside Village shopping centre and Glynburn Road Glynde.

Pasta Deli Glynde is currently seeking the follwoing positions:

• Experienced Barista's / Cafe All-rounders ( Glynde Location)

• Experienced Cafe All-rounders (All locations)

• Deli Assistant (Glynde Location)

As the Barista, you will be the heart of the store responsible for crafting delicious coffee with precision and care. We require the following:

• A great passion for great coffee through excellent product knowledge in communicating coffee bean origins, roasts and flavour profiles to customers.

• Understand all aspects of coffee making and presentation

• Must be able to do latte art, dial in the machine and follow protocols in regards to weighing shots

• Able to work and excel in a customer service position

• Maintain cleanliness through keeping all work areas clean, sanitised and organised ensuring stock rotation procedures are always being followed.

• Can multitask and work efficiently within a team environment with the requirement to serve customers, take out coffee’s/ beverages and food when required and monitor the floor area to be kept clean as required.

• Eager and assertive, willing to work behind various counters in a single shift.

• Show high service standards and attention to detail

• Available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts

• Have Immaculate presentation and exceptional communication

• Have a passion for food and hospitality with a friendly attitude

Previous experience as a barista is required with a passion for coffee and delivering high quality service.

• Are able to work and excel in a customer service position

• Have experience in the hospitality industry.

• Operate and use an automatic meat slicer

• Pack and coordinate daily orders to go to other locations

• Visual merchandising of stock in display cabinets

• Over the counter customer service

• Excellent Hygiene practices

All positions require applicants to be available to work across a 7 day roster with hours ranging between 7am - 6.30pm.
