About the Role:
Catholic Homes is seeking Kitchen Hand's/Cleaner's to join our team at St Vincent's Aged Care located in Guildford, on a casual basis.
Our riverside residence, St Vincent's has the latest facilities and modern staff amenities. Located close to the Guildford train station and local transport, the residence has large light filled spaces and secure free basement parking onsite.
The successful applicants will receive ongoing support and guidance from the Facility manager and Hotel Services.
Key responsibilities:

Perform catering services to a high standard

Ensure the safe preparation and delivery of the food service
-
Work effectively without supervision to complete catering programs in a timely manner

Complete the required documentation to demonstrate satisfactory catering services
To be successful in this role you will have:
-
Previous Kitchen Hand/Cleaning experience in an Aged Care setting

Knowledge of food safety regulation and competencies in food safety skills
-
Ability to work as a team
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
The ability and commitment to uphold high standards of work
-
Enjoys working with the elderly.

Availability to do shift work.
