Job Summary
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in business development, client management, and talent acquisition. You will be responsible for driving recruitment solutions, developing strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a high level of service delivery, and achieving your sales target.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage client relationships, identifying new business opportunities.

Drive the full 360 recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates.

Pitch and present recruitment solutions to clients, negotiating contracts and fees.

Conduct market research to identify hiring trends and business opportunities.

Build and maintain a pipeline of senior-level candidates through networking and headhunting.

Manage the offer process, ensuring a smooth candidate and client experience.

Mentor and support junior consultants to enhance team performance.

Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and industry best practices.
Skills & Experience Required

Recent graduate or graduate-calibre candidate with relevant sales experience
